Reservation Requests
A variety of meeting room sizes and capabilities are available in the Hurd Welcome Center.
University Departments that would like to request use of meeting space may send a room request through the EPIC System. Departmental requests for use of event space within the Hurd Center, please begin by submitting a University event request form.
Student groups looking for a meeting space may also find a good fit in one of the meeting rooms that may be reserved throughout the facility. Once approved through the Student Life Connect system, organizations may request meeting space through the EPIC System.
